Matthew Hunt is an Oxford Physics graduate who has spent more than 17 years in the Energy sector working on behalf of firms such as British Energy, RWE and Gazprom.

Harry Breach
CFO and Co-Founder
Harry Breach (CFO), an Oxford Law graduate who has spent his career in the financial sector for 15 years on behalf of BarCap, JPMorgan and Bank of America.

Jeremy Fisk
Design Project Manager
Jeremy is an Engineering graduate from Cambridge University. His varied career has included working as a manufacturing engineer for companies making electronic AC drive controllers and medical equipment, followed by retraining to become a Physics teacher. Most recently he ran his own solar panel installation business from 2007-2016, managing a team responsible for several hundred domestic and industrial solar installations. His breadth of experience should help us to continually develop a product that is simple to manufacture and well suited to the challenging domestic market.

Graham Schorfield
COO
Graham Schorfield (COO), has spent his career in the energy industry starting with British Coal in 1988. He has experience of both the supply and generation side of the market working on behalf of Midlands Electricity, British Energy and Eclipse Energy. His years of experience creating forecasting and optimising models for grid supply, distribution and transmission, indicate smart embedded devices are the future.

Damien Pontifex
Lead Software Developer
Damien is ChargeSync Lead Software Developer, developing the server algorithms and device controllers to operate the device and optimise efficiency. He has a background in Electrical Engineering and Physics, and has lived in London since the end of 2014 after moving from Western Australia.

Bryn Parry
Non-Executive Director
Bryn Parry is the General Manager of Amantys Power Electronics Limited a subsidiary of Machinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH. Amantys develops intelligent power solutions for high power applications such as power transmission, traction and offshore wind. He has previously worked for ARM Limited where he was responsible for the technology licensing business and the software development tools business.

Jeremy Lock
Non-Executive Director
Jeremy Lock (NED), a University of Liverpool graduate and chartered mechanical engineer, who has 40 years’ experience in the energy sector working on behalf of companies such as British Energy and EDF Trading Ltd. An early career working in nuclear plant and power generation design, followed by supporting nuclear industry privatisation, he has spent the last 20 years leading business system/information technology development and operations in energy trading and retail supply, most recently (7 years) as CIO for Global Business at EDF Trading Ltd.

Phillippa Wright
Administrator
With over 25 years' as an Executive Assistant, including in the banking and utilities sectors, Phillippa is now supporting the ChargeSync team.
